for Medicare for All, a $25 minimum wage, rent control, social housing, free public higher education, a Green New Deal, expanded social security, taxing the rich, restoring Trump’s cuts to critical infrastructure; breaking the stranglehold of big money on politics, ending endless war and genocide in Palestine and beyond, banning nuclear weapons, and moving from a foreign policy based on militarism to a new era of international law, human rights and diplomacy.

Power up this movement to dump duopoly and demand democracy!

We call on communities across the country to join in a National Day of Action on Saturday, May 31, 2025, to put National Single Payer Healthcare on the nation’s agenda.

Our health care system is broken beyond repair. Insurance companies and for-profit middlemen create barriers to care and massive administrative waste. These result in unnecessary suffering and deaths. For over 60 years, piecemeal reforms have resulted in higher costs and the worst health outcomes among comparable nations.

We demand recognition by our government that health care is a human right.

We demand the elimination of private health insurance and the banning of for-profit delivery of care.

We demand the enactment of a publicly financed, national single-payer program that would provide comprehensive coverage to everyone.

We demand that health care delivery be transformed from profit-seeking ventures into services organized to serve the people of our country, a system in which all caregivers are freed from corporate control.

The National Day of Action will bring people together locally and nationally from neighborhoods, unions, faith groups, businesses, and all types of civic organizations to join the demand to remove profit from health care. We must focus our collective anger towards corporate health insurers to bring real reform: put National Single Payer on the nation’s agenda!

National Day Of Action

NATIONAL DAY OF ACTION — Protest Warmongering Democratic Congressman Adam Smith

Join the National Day of Action to Fight the Rich and Their Two Parties! Organize against the genocide in Gaza by protesting the warmongering Democrats and Republicans and the military profiteers and billionaires they represent!

Washington Democrat Adam Smith has long been a darling of weapons manufacturers and the wealthy who profit from imperialist war. The genocidal, Zionist organization AIPAC was his top campaign contributor last year. Under his leadership, the Armed Services Committee authorized more than 60 consecutive military spending bills on behalf of U.S. imperialism, spending billions of dollars to back the slaughter of the Palestinian people and the bloody inter-imperialist proxy war in Ukraine.

Sign up below to participate in the National Day of Action, March 22, to demand an end to the genocide, an end to the occupation, and an end to U.S. military aid to Israel:

No Votes for Genocide – Seattle Capitol Hill

On November 2nd, just days before the U.S. Presidential election, people will take to the streets across the entire country to say NO VOTES FOR GENOCIDE!

We’ve been mobilizing every single day for over a year demanding an end to the U.S.-funded and supported Israeli genocide in Palestine and Lebanon. This election cycle, we will not forget these candidates’ direct support for this genocide.

The US government has the ability to enact an arms embargo, it has the ability to stop this genocide. This is a US war as much as it is an Israeli war on Palestine and Lebanon.

We won’t be fooled by arbitrary 30-day deadlines, and we will not be tricked into believing the political rhetoric of those who could have stopped the genocide with a single phone call to end military aid to Israel.

Join the movement: organize meetings, teach-ins, and protests in your cities, and join us in the streets on November 2nd to #ShutItDown4Palestine!

https://www.instagram.com/palestinianyouthmovement/

We will meet at Cafe Vita, 1005 E Pike St, Seattle on Saturday, November 2nd at 1 PM!

RSVP: https://www.gpsea.org/no_votes_for_genocide

November 9th Mass Mobilization

When: November 9th, 1pm

Where: Space Needle (new location!)

Join us in the streets following the election results to uplift the demands of the people. It is evident that neither a Harris nor a Trump presidency will solve our problems. Let’s continue to show our opposition to the two-party duopoly while uniting together to push forward true people’s solutions!

🚨Don’t forget to RSVP! https://forms.gle/jBW7KU3KH9eRMQ3L6 🚨

We invite you to join us in exposing the imperialist two-party system and fighting for a peoples’ platform! You can join a committee to help us agitate, organize, and mobilize against the imperialist false solutions and stay connected through the campaign by attending events and teach-ins, endorsing or engaging with the links below!

Get Involved!

Join us as we fight for genuine solutions and expose the imperialist two-party system!

  • We need your help to get the word out! Help us table events, help us distribute flyers and talk to community members about the People’s Platform! Sign up to help here: Engagement Form
  • Read more about the Peoples’ Platform: https://www.ilps.us/the-peoples-platform.

The People’s Platform is a true alternative to the dangerous, ruling-class Democrat and Republican parties’ agendas. Following the election, we need to be prepared to continue the fight for our demands: for a free Palestine, ending war and policing, for better wages, for migrant justice, and so much more. To achieve these aspirations, we know we cannot simply ask for them; we must rally our communities together in struggle and fight for a better future!

Join ILPS for a People’s Assembly and Mass Mobilization to put forward our communities’ demands and solutions, no matter who wins in November!

See you in the struggle!
